High drying efficiency
• Large capacity slow drying layer, with a large heat exchange area between hot air and grain, high heat exchange efficiency, and a corner box structure for heat exchange. The drying medium has good penetration, uniform drying, and fast drying rate;
• Adopting a high air volume centrifugal fan, it is more efficient and quieter than an axial flow fan.
Good grain quality
• Replace the upper screw with a stainless steel flow channel at the top to reduce the damage rate of grains, and install a dust removal fan to ensure the cleanliness of dried grains;
• Newly sprinkled grain structure eliminates grain accumulation, ensuring even dispersion of grain particles during drying and uniform moisture content of grain after drying.
Low drying cost
• Large air volume detachable fan room, stable air pressure, uniform drying, high heat utilization rate;
• The transmission bearing design is all low-speed, three-layer dust-proof, and the bearings are not easily damaged, with a long service life. The moisture meter and motor are selected from the best quality manufacturers, with automatic moisture measurement and automatic control of the drying machine’s precipitation speed. The automatic control cabinet monitors the entire drying process and has a fault alarm device.
Easy to operate
• Fully automatic control, key operation, and low maintenance costs. New GPRS function has been added, which allows remote device operation through a mobile app and real-time display of device operation status.
