Tender Notice

Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd. invites bidders who meet the relevant conditions to participate in the bidding for the chassis assembly conveyor line project of the Harvesting Machinery Division.

1、 The overview of this bidding project is as follows:

1. Bidding Project: Chassis Assembly and Conveyor Line Renovation of Harvesting Machinery Division;
2. Bid number: DF/ZLCGB-2024-0524-01;
3. Construction site: Assembly workshop of Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Harvesting Machinery Division;
4. Brief description of project technical requirements: Add an additional layer of conveyor pad with a height of 50-100mm and a width direction of 20-50mm on the conveyor board of the assembly line, and add it to each original conveyor board. At the same time, add safety protection to the suspended parts on both sides of the conveyor board, and form a closed side with the conveyor board. The chassis support wheels are supported by conveyor pads, and the tracks on both sides are suspended, allowing the assembly line to operate normally.
5. Quality standards: Acceptance shall be conducted in accordance with the bidding documents specified by Party A and relevant national standards.

2、 Qualification requirements for bidders:

1. The bidding unit must have the ability to design and manufacture assembly conveyor lines.
2. This project does not accept joint bidding, subcontracting, or affiliation.
3. Bidders must provide the original power of attorney from the legal representative, proof of social security from the authorized representative, a copy of the business license, a copy of the qualification certificate, a balance sheet of assets and liabilities for the past three years (stamped with the official seal and audit institution seal), relevant performance explanations, cooperation contracts and explanations for the past two years, and other evidence that can prove the company’s past performance. The above documents must be stamped with the official seal. Suppliers within the Dongfeng system are not required to provide qualification documents.
4. The bidding unit must acknowledge and fulfill all the provisions in the bidding documents.
